I was astounded by the impeccable service provided by the staff, especially Hazel, Erisn, and Haleema, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly made me feel like a valued guest. the hotel's attention to detail in providing ironing facilities was exceptionally impressive. Not only did they have the equipment readily available in the room, but the efficiency and quality of the service exceeded my usual experiences. the heating and air conditioning system were perfectly regulated, allowing me to customize the room temperature to my preference effortlessly. the variety of options provided, along with the cozy sitting area in the room, created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I can confidently say that Ramada Plaza Hotel has set a new standard for my future stays, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless blend of exceptional service and top-notch amenities.
